VS gets few complaints and those that do arise - either via the PAB process or on the forums - are usually promptly dealt with. These days we seem to have a reasonably healthy working relationship and for that I am grateful. Sometimes it seems that he lumps us into that category - unfairly I would say because we do so much more for the online gaming community than your average affiliate - and as such our ability to effectively pursue player issues with VS has not been without its rocky periods over the years. The issue I’ve had with VS is that the owner/CEO guy hasn’t been shy about the fact that these days he’s not a big fan of affiliates.
Of course I’m only speaking from a player complaints point of view because that’s what I do.
